City pays $2.1 million for Hillcrest corner as branch library site
The former headquarters building of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) 569 and the approximately 10,800-square-foot corner lot it occupied in Hillcrest at 209-215 W. Washington St., San Diego 92103, has been sold for $2.1 million.
