GOTTA RUN
Those zombies would be good for a walkathon but wouldn't stand a chance in the Richard S. Caliguiri City of Pittsburgh Great Race. The 27th annual event leaves the Frick Nature Center on Beechwood Boulevard at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, setting a 10K course for Point State Park, Downtown. The kinder, gentler 5K run/walk leaves Oakland, at Fifth and Atwood, at 8:30 a.m.
If you're running, be sure to stop by the Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Great Race Expo at the IBEW Local No. 5 Conference Center, Hot Metal Street, South Side, for packet pickup, late registration, product sampling, health screenings and more from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
