OSHA representatives are spending some time at the L'Auberge du Lac site this week, following up on complaints sent to the agency.

The IBEW union 861 send a report to OSHA last week, alleging unsafe and unhealthy working conditions at the site. KPLC has learned that OSHA compliance officers spent some time at the site Wednesday and Thursday, and they may be there Friday as well.

A spokesperson tells 7News it could take as little as a few weeks to decide if the complaints are valid. However, OSHA has up to six months to make a decision.
