TEMPORARY CONSUMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Alaska's largest electric utility is recruiting for a Temporary Consumer Service Representative. This position is responsible for responding to member inquiries and requests for service. In addition, provides skillful responses to inquiries from other departments and outside agencies. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Prior office experience with public contact. * Must be familiar with general office procedures and business terms. * Must be able to type 35 wpm net and use a 10 key calculator with accuracy. * Good communication skills and a service oriented attitude.
